THE PLACE BIKE HUB, AOSTA (ITALY)

In nature, nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed. Today more than ever, the time has come to give back to the Earth one of its most precious teachings.

This is why The Place was created by giving a second life to an industrial building with a major redevelopment project. A disused structure has been transformed into something new, something the territory needed.

The result is a large multifunctional space. In the 700 square metres of indoor area there is a café, shop, rental and workshop as well as the Aosta Valley Freeride front office where you can book tours and sign up for courses. Furthermore, The Place offers 2000 square metres of outdoor area filled with green spaces and private parking with recharging stations.

The Place runs entirely on electricity and is self-powered thanks to solar panels installed on the roof. The industrial concept has been maintained and enriched by the design of companies that are symbols of Made in Italy, such as Terratinta Ceramiche with its Betonmetal collection, which perfectly reflects the industrial origin of the place, and Betonbrick Black Diamond. The entire project was supervised by Zanetti Cantieri with materials supplied by Noli Home.
